Speaker Bio: Arnold (Skip) Straus, an AV rated attorney, is the Managing Attorney of Straus & Associates P.A. The firm represents buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders. Through the firm and his title company Enterprise Title Inc., he has handled over 20,000 closings throughout Florida, ranging from small condominiums to multi-use commercial facilities. Skip has served on many committees of South Broward Board for over 25 years. He also serves on various state associations, including as the Past President of Florida Land Title Association.
