The class will cover various commercial real estate topics such as entity selection, due diligence, financing, assignments, warranties and representations and various other commercial contract concepts. The course will also cover various commercial real estate fundamentals and concepts, Gen. contract considerations as well asset protection and 1031 exchange considerations.
